We often do not have contact info for new owners until a closing packet is received by management (often a week or more after closing), so moves may occur prior to any notice. Reminder that specific parking spaces DO NOT CONVEY at the time of a sale. This is explicitly stated in the Association rules and regulations. Preferred parking is offered back to current ownership at the time of closing. Please reference the rules and regulations for parking information. The Association is NOT responsible if parking information was misrepresented or overlooked by the seller or realtors, and/or if the rules and regulations were not reviewed or requested from management.
